Transcend MTS832S Single-Sided M.2 2280 SATA SSD, SATA III, 256GB–1TB

Components sit on one face only, which is what lets this go into notebooks and tablets whose M.2 bay has no clearance underneath. A DRAM cache is still fitted, so nothing is surrendered on sustained writes to gain the slimmer profile.

Capacity stops at 1TB. For 2TB or 4TB over the same SATA interface, Transcend MTS830S M.2 2280 SATA III SSD is the one to order.
