Transcend MSA230S mSATA SSD, 3D TLC, 64GB–512GB

This is the mSATA drive to fit where the machine does real work rather than booting and idling. A DRAM cache keeps the mapping table on board, so response does not deteriorate as the drive fills or during long transfers.

It reaches 512GB, twice the ceiling of the MLC-based Transcend SATA III 6Gb/s mSATA SSD 370S Solid State Drive. Take that older part only when write endurance outranks capacity.
