Transcend MTS830S M.2 2280 SATA SSD, SATA III, 128GB–4TB

The high-capacity end of Transcend's M.2 SATA range, running to 4TB, which is more than most drives of this type reach. A DRAM cache is included, so write speed does not collapse once the SLC buffer is spent on a large copy.

Keying matters here: a B+M key SATA card will not enumerate in an NVMe-only socket. Thin machines needing a one-sided board should take Transcend Single Side, M.2 2280 SSD.
