Transcend MTE410S NVMe M.2 2242 SSD, Up to 5,000MB/s Read, PCIe 4.0, 256GB–2TB

A 42mm Gen4 card for machines that take only the short M.2 format — ultrabooks, compact mini PCs, Lenovo's Legion Go and Yoga models — where the common 80mm drive physically cannot mount.

DRAM-less by design, which keeps power draw and heat low in a thin chassis but means long sequential writes drop off once the pseudo-SLC cache is exhausted. Bursty desktop use is where it is happiest.
