Lexar NM790 Heatsink NVMe M.2 SSD, PCIe 4.0, 1TB–4TB

Single-sided under a low two-piece aluminium heatsink, which is the arrangement Sony's expansion bay expects; Lexar lists it as PlayStation 5 compatible, and the same card cools itself in a desktop slot that has no cooler of its own.

Capacity runs to 4TB, double the ceiling of Lexar NM620 SSD, PCIe 3.0 x4. It is DRAM-less and uses host memory, trading a little sustained-write consistency against DRAM-equipped Gen4 drives for a materially lower price.
