Kioxia TransMemory U301 White USB Flash Drive, USB 3.2 Gen 1, 16GB–128GB

Type-A on a 5Gbps bus, which is what a television, a printer or a car head unit needs. The white plastic body takes a removable cap, and the cap is the part that goes missing.

Kioxia publishes no read or write figure for the U301 at all, so treat it as general-purpose storage. For a rated alternative in the same family, the Kioxia U365 TransMemory 256GB USB3.2 Gen 1 R150 Flash Drive quotes 150MB/s reads.
